During your stay you will arrive on Friday evening. We will have the opportunity to meet others in the group, learn more about the weekend and more importantly we want to learn what you want to learn and change in your life.
On Saturday, you will awake to a wonderful breakfast before you start a busy, fun, creative and exciting day. You will start off looking at where you are now in your life. Look at all the present issues and maybe past issues, which is preventing you moving forward. We will look at positive thinking, the power of focus and you will become creative in designing and making your own vision board with your new amazing goals. You will also have the opportunity to do some relaxation exercise, focus training and breathing. You will have fun with some bubble therapy as well as a refreshing beach walk. After evening dinner you can relax with a few drinks and amazing chats with new friends.
On Sunday morning another wonderful breakfast to start the day. We will complete some fun challenges and complete your vision board. After lunch we say our good byes. Well we plan to do a walk in the afternoon on the way home for those who are keen.
You will leave your retreat feeling more positive, relaxed and your new amazing plan in moving forward with positive results. We will only have a max of 10 people on this weekend and booking is first come first serve. If you don't get a place we may plan another weekend.

Weekend starts at 7pm on Friday. This will be a 2 hour session. No food is provided on the Friday so you need to eat before hand. You can book into your room from 3pm on the Friday and spend some time exploring the area. In the village you will find a Spar store, Petrol station and pub.

You can spread your payment over four payments each payment is £80 sterling. £80 will be charged on booking and then two other automatic payments of £80 each. Your final payment can be made in cash when you arrive on the Friday which is also £80.

During this 2 hour event we will teach you our 4 steps to achieving success in your personal life or business. We will look at your achievements, Changing negative thinking to positive thinking, the power of focus, barriers and how to break them down and how to set and achieve your goals. Hear some or our success stories. Remember small steps lead to bigger steps in achieving your goals in life. You will leave this workshop with a clear outline on where you want to go and feeling more refreshed and motivated. This is your first step to success and achieving positive changes.
You can use this 2 hour programme to make making changes to your life. Below are just some examples.
This programme will start Tuesday 30th June 6.30-8.30pm. We will use the Mount Errigal Hotel. The cost for the 6 weeks is 50 Euro. The programme will look at dealing with stress, confidence and self esteem, positive thinking, barriers which stops us achieving, fears, understanding your personality, how to use focus and visualisation to improve health and well being, gratitude, and you will also develop a fun action plan to improve your lifestyle. It's about getting you from where you are now to where you want to go. You can apply the programme to any area of your life. We will also be doing some fun mind challenge activities to improve the mind
This programme will start Monday 5th June 6.30-8.30pm. We will use the Pennyburn Playrail. The cost for the 6 weeks is £45. The programme will look at dealing with stress, confidence and self esteem, positive thinking, barriers which stops us achieving, fears, understanding your personality, how to use focus and visualisation to improve health and well being, gratitude, and you will also develop a fun action plan to improve your lifestyle. It's about getting you from where you are now to where you want to go. You can apply the programme to any area of your life. We will also be doing some fun mind challenge activities to improve the mind
On Wednesday 7th June we are delivering a 2-hour workshop. This workshop will help you identify stress and how to deal with stress. You will also have the opportunity to develop a positive action plan as well as learning practical methods. This event will take place at the Pennyburn Playrail. SOLD OUT
If you work with parents, adults, staff team etc, here is a fun motivational team day. Over the summer July, August and September we are running these full day programmes. Bring your group together, build friendships, break down barriers and a wee fun day out. Your group will take part in a number of team challenges, individual challenges and some mind mapping. We can provide a venue or we can use your venue. We will provide refreshments and to help keep the cost down, why not get your team to organise a shared lunch which they will prepare and share on the day.
